Wondering how your new outside water element will fit in with the environment?  No worries.  These waterfalls, birdbaths and fountains are very environmentally-friendly in your garden, as the water that you will be using can be recycled, or you can just simply use water that would not be used for drinking, or bathing or any other household reason.  If you are fortunate enough to have a well located on your property, not only can you throw coins into it for additional good luck, but you could use that particular water for your fountain.  Rainwater is a great way to re-use and recycle also.

A closed circuit fountain is another method of ensuring you are not wasting precious water so please ask our merchants about that possibility also.  Most of the smaller ones should not require that sort of a hook-up, though, as recirculating works well for them and for the other smaller ones, there is usually not a lot of water loss.

I have found several designs of waterfalls that incorporate just a very small “fall” for the water itself, but use large amounts of colorful flora and fauna in the plan, which beautifies and satisfies at the same time.  If conservation of water is a prime concern to you, there are definitely ways to enjoy having a water element and conserve water at the same time.
